What data we collect
On this website we store (1) your email address if you sign up for early access, (2) contact information you voluntarily provide in the retailer form, and (3) anonymous usage analytics if you consent (see the cookies section).
Why we collect data
To let you know when we launch, follow up on retailer inquiries, and improve the website. We never sell data and do not use it for profiling.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to make the website work. Optional cookies are used only for anonymous analytics via Vercel Analytics and activate only when you consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via the 'Cookie settings' link at the bottom of the page.
Storage and transfer
Data is stored on servers in the EU/EEA (Vercel). We use no third parties outside the EU/EEA that require transfer of personal data.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correction, deletion, and data portability. Send a request to kontakt@shoeheal.no and we will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you believe we are processing data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
